What's different about this section is these are seasonal or limited time items that aren't part of the year-round menu, and also a chance to get individual servings rather than whole cakes.

- We love Spectra for their welcoming staff, tasty beverages, and fantastic food. Highly recommend their pandan foam latte and their banh mi sandwiches! I'll be featuring a special spring menu.

Saturday, April 19th at Cat Town (Oakland)
- 12-3pm or sold out. Preorders will open 4/10 on Hotplate. Accepting walkup orders and limited preorders.
- Come visit adoptable cats, enjoy craft beverages by Souvenir Coffee, and eat wholesome bakes by yours truly at the nation's first cat cafe in Oakland! Please note you will need to make an appointment to visit with cats at the rescue center. More here.

- One of San Jose's hottest new tea spots is hosting Much Joy Bakeshop for a pop-up :) Be sure to try their famous corn milk latte!
